My name is Tijmen Weber , and I created this website as part of my PhD dissertation. I obtained a bachelor’s degree at University College Maastricht where I specialized in sociology and philosophy. After this, I moved to Nijmegen to obtain a master’s degree in social and cultural science at Radboud University. Shortly after graduation, I started working at the international business program of HAN University of Applied Sciences, where I now mostly teach courses in quantitative research and data science. While working there, I applied for a doctoral grant for teachers from NWO which allowed me to work on this PhD part-time while continuing my work as a teacher. After my PhD I will continue to teach at the HAN and do (applied) research on sustainability for the Research Center International Business at the HAN.

Next to my work I like cooking, martial arts, playing the piano, reading books, and playing video games.
